This is a World War II era Hanomag Sd.KFZ -11 German halftrack, the Kfz-11 is popular as a troop carrier but this one is an "ordinance" carrier version. I
got this from a gradeschool neighbor-friend many years ago, no box, already
painted and assembled, maybe a 1:72 scale; actually he sells it to me for a minimal amount, that
friend study’s at a more affluent than other private school and he will bring
this home every afternoon and offers it to me, I don’t know what this are
during those times I buy them because I'm curious, they are so different from
the toys that my mother buys for me from the market. I got several items from
this friend mostly scale model quality "soldier figures" this is the
only one left from that stack.
The original tracks and front wheel and axles were missing when I found this model, they have to be reconstructed by scratch building materials like rubber strips and parts from regular toys.
